Paul & I celebrated our 2nd Wedding Anniversary yesterday. It was my year to plan our anninversary outing. For the past month I have been planning and told Paul that he was not allowed to look at the bank account until after our anniversary. If you know Paul at all you know that was probably one of the hardest things for me to ask him to do. But he did so well and didn't ruin the surprise.
He was given his first gift on Friday afternoon when I came home early from work.
What a handsome man! He finally cut his hair after 4 months. Paul has been asking for a sleep mask forever. I thought that I would use it to my advantage. So I made him put on his blind fold and took him to the car.
After driving around town for a few minutes we started on our way. Paul started to ask questions about where we were going. So I decided to take some detours, which sparked so many funny questions from Paul.
Paul: What are you planning to do with me, take me out into the middle of the desert to shot me with the gun you have hidden under your seat?
Of course, Paul hit the nail on the head with that one, so I had to change my plans. Instead, we went to the Tournament of Kings at the Excalibur. We weren't allowed to take pictures inside the theater so we tried our best to get a good picture outside.

After our show we walked down to see the Bellagio water show. Then headed to our next destination. I had booked a room at the J.W. Marriott Las Vegas.
Paul and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary. We were both happy we decided to do it a couple of days before the actual date since we spent all day yesterday in front of the TV sick with some weird bug.

Kaytie & Paul-
I don't have your email, so I thought I would leave a comment on your blog. If you haven't read my blog recently, I have been responding to comments on my blog in a way that hasn't been working. So now I am responding to everyone so you don't think that I am ignoring you. :)
Cindy told me that you guys come up here all the time to go to Costco. Whenever you are up let us know. We would love to hangout with you guys. Our phone number is on that contact sheet that Cindy just recently emailed us. Anyway, sorry for not responding. We really would love to hangout sometime!
