Unfortunately the best way for people to learn is by experience, at least that’s how it works in the golf course maintenance industry. If you stick around long enough you’re bound to witness someone’s “learning experience.” Juan had his learning experience last week. He tried driving up a steep hill for the first time, lost his traction, slid a bit, then Flop! As far as a roll over is concerned, this one was pretty basic. Nothing was bent or broken. We tipped it back up with a tractor and away he went. I made him stand in the picture to humiliate him even further. I want him to remember this one and learn well.
