Let me start out by saying that a big reason we are in the desert is because I hate rain. I would rather spend my days baking in 115 degree weather to keep my hair from frizzing out like a lion in the rain. I did the unthinkable last week, Paul asked if I would like to take a ride around the golf course while it was pouring down cats and dogs to make sure the rain hadn't caused the course to much damage. Of course my first answer, was NO! but Paul gave me a guilt trip for not wanting to spend time with him, so I bundled up with Paul's rain coat on and out we went.....
This is a moment that doesn't happen very often so we had to take a few pictures. On Falcon Ridges most beautiful hole, number 6, which is quite the hill, Paul thought he would be funny and drive as fast as he could into the waiting puddle at the bottom. I felt like I was on Splash Mountain at Disneyland. (Paul knew I was having withdrawals from not being able to go once a month to Disneyland.)
I must really love Paul to spend the evening in the rain. Or maybe he must really love me to come home to the scary swamp thing...

What? No pictures of your frizzy hair? C'mon!! I bet it's adorable anyway.
I was thinking the exact thing as amber...I was waiting for the frizz pics! you are a nice wife to sacrifice your hair, that's what I call true love!
Who needs "Spash Mountain", sounds like fun!
